Yesterday I dropped my laptop, returned home, turned it on, an inscription appeared, does this mean that the hard drive is broken?

Maybe just a cable or the power has disappeared from the hard drive.
Go into the BIOS and see if the hard drive is detected at all. If not, then most likely the cable has really fallen off.
