Are there WiFi/LTE modules in Mini PCI-E format?

Actually, the laptop has 1 Mini PCI-E slot in which a WiFi card is installed. Quite often, 4G Internet is needed, so I bought myself a USB modem. The thing is not very convenient, so I want to transfer the 4G modem to a laptop. Are there combo WiFi/LTE cards in Mini PCI-E format? Quick googling didn't work.

Rather, there is a wireless pocket lte-wifi router.

I'm also interested in this combination. Having studied several large trading portals, I came to the conclusion that such modules either do not exist in principle, or they are vanishingly rare and it is difficult to even find information about them, not to mention the sellers of such devices.
If I needed such a combination, I would take the LTE module inside, and outside, next to the mouse receiver (which is always in the laptop anyway), plug in USB Wi-Fi. For example, I have a Logitech Unifying receiver at hand sticking out pretty organically next to the Asus USB-N10 Nano (Wi-Fi). The reception quality of such a Wi-Fi module will be lower, but in urban areas this will rarely play a role.
