Denial of service by the router to all clients except one during load. What could be the matter and how to fix it?
There is a local network (home) consisting of a router and many connected devices: 2 computers, TV + wi-fi devices - a laptop and 3 smartphones / tablets.
Using my stationary computer to create medium and large traffic (not necessarily a torrent, you can just download a large file), the entire local network completely falls off, except for my computer, i.e. no services work even in the local network, wi-fi on the router drops, or rather, there is a disconnect from devices due to the lack of any service traffic with the router. My computer uses the channel to the maximum.
The problem is the same on 2 routers: WL-500gP V2 and ZyXEL Keenetic Giga 2. ZyXEL is currently used.
Naturally, I blame my computer, because. only he creates the problem: Asus MAXIMUS VI EXTREME motherboard with built-in Intel i217-V network card.
I would be glad if someone from knowledgeable people could explain this riddle for me.
Update 1:
done netsh int ip set global taskoffload=disabled
machine restarted, error persisted

Turn off Task offload in adapter settings (connection properties -> configure -> advanced).
Task Offload - shifting part of the work from the processor to the network card. Under heavy load, the network can just fall off.
