Why won't my phone open web pages?

Phone problem, Sony XA Dual model. When connected to WiFi, web pages do not open. Other devices work correctly.
After restarting the router, everything went away for a short time, but then it stopped loading again, restarting the phone does not solve the problem, as well as reconnecting to the network. Advise how to fix?
