How to set up wifi roaming with microtik and openwrt?

There is a Mikrotik router (central) and a bunch of tp-link routers on open wrt.
Capsman v2 is configured on Mikrotik, is there a way to make friends with other routers in order to make "seamless" wifi.
Also interested in ways of seamless wifi without using Mikrotik

It is forbidden. Only between devices in the corporate segment - Cisco, Motorola, etc.
With what you have, you can only set up the same SSID and the same passwords. Then play for a long time with the parameters of the speed and power of the transmitters, so that your clients walk between the points. Going from point to point will cause a gap of ~5 seconds.

On open wrt (sort of), you can set up a mesh network, then the points themselves will transmit to the client when you need to switch to another point.
