Online project management system for a small team

I am looking for a system for project management and online collaboration (SaaS) for a small team of 3-5 people.
I tried more than 20 different systems and do not like everything.

What you need:
1. setting tasks
2. discussing everything and everything
3. file storage
4. wiki (with cross-references to each other and to files)

Additional requirements:
1. obvious and uncluttered interface
2. Russian interface

The system must be extensible, because we really hope that our project will take off and new requirements will appear, the team will increase ...

Update: Apparently, it is necessary to give some explanations:
1. A small team to develop a new product - a complex site.
2. Now the initial stage of the project is the selection of ideas, a prototype, we look at competitors, heated discussions, we accumulate knowledge and competence.
3. The team includes a programmer, an artist, a writer. As well as friends and sympathizers who are ready to help with “good advice”. The level of knowledge of IT-science is very different.
4. We develop the project in our free time, i.e. almost a hobby that might turn into something more serious.

jira is a great system. A lot of plugins, extensible (you can customize everything you want). It is provided for a penny as SaaS (a small office will get 10 bucks, if I'm not mistaken, a month)

Tried devprom. It can be seen that everything we need is there. But somehow everything is very cumbersome. I'm not sure that all members of my team will be able to understand how to properly use this product.
