Online consultant to communicate with visitors whose agreement is needed?
On July 1, 2017, changes in the law on personal data came into force, so if I use the Online Consultant (let's say Chatra) on the site to communicate with visitors, "Consent to the processing of personal data" should I place on the site on behalf of whom? Your company or provide a link to the consent on the website of the Online Consultant (Chatra)
Answer the question
In order to leave comments, you need to log in
1. Your site - you collect the data.
2. Data from your site goes to the side of the same chatra - you are already a personal data operator + transferring data to a third party, which means, firstly, you need to register with the RKN as an operator, and secondly, permission from the user to transfer his data the same conditional chatra.
3. "Problem of the chat provider" - it doesn't work.
Bottom line: your site - your problems.
