OneNote not included in MS Office 2011 for Mac?

Downloaded MS Office 2011 for Mac, paid . Installed. And -- OneNote is not there!
And even Wikipedia says, as I understand it, OneNote does not exist or is not enabled by default for MS Office 2011 for Mac.
I correctly understood that indeed OneNote does not exist MS Office 2011 for Mac?
PS
The goal is to be able to work with notes locally. Or at least save them locally, completely and transfer them, if there is no way without a onedrive / sky account.
Newer versions no longer allow this, so we need a version that *still* does.
