If it's quite simple - "get-simple" . Here even the database is not needed, everything is stored in files.
More complicated - "octobercms" . It's much more flexible and functional. A business card website can be made from scratch in a couple of days, an online store in 1-2 weeks. It all depends on the complexity and experience
You just need Modx .
With such a set of functional sections, the integration of HTML layout will take a couple of hours.
At the same time, the code will be clean and transparent. No dirty hacks.
Telepathically it looks like Wordpress is what you need.
Just be careful with plugins - they can bring infection.
Why is it necessary for everything? Make up in html, and then, if necessary, pull on any tsms.
Can I have a question? for me, I wonder why not modx?
According to my experience, in two hours, having a template, I implemented a landing that was quite functional, despite the fact that I didn’t know it at all, when I transferred the template, I did it along with a video lesson. Everything turned out and everything works.
