On connections in a network of provider a question?

Why are arp requests and responses from other machines on the network visible on the provider's network, igmp traffic, but no tcp dns from other machines?

Why shouldn't they be visible? ARP is sent broadcast - this is its meaning :) As a control question, I propose to answer the questions "at what level of the OSI model is the ARP protocol", "at what level of the OSI model is the TCP protocol". And then think.
