Okay Google! How to stop the ATX block?

For those who don't know, you can close the green and black contacts with tweezers and the power supply starts up, it's better to start it with a load (for example, SDrom)
But how to stop it?
I have a basket with Hards hanging on a remote power supply unit and you can’t just chop electricity!

First, the colors of the wires cannot be guided. This is not in the standard.
Shorting PS ON# to any ground turns on the power. Opening - disables.

Can. Disks are regularly parked by themselves. In case the OS does not know how to give a command to stop the disks when it is turned off (a banal example - the OS has not yet been installed at all, they were poking around in the BIOS; or the system freezes).
Of course, this is about iron. Soft - The OS must do a sync before giving the command to open PS ON#.

Park (and unmount) hard drives and just chop electricity.

And in another way, the power does not turn off gradually, even with the correct shutdown of the PC, the power supply works until the OS completes all processes, and then turns off

Okay, Google?! Hmm... You haven't talked to the vacuum cleaner yet?! Maybe he's smarter?)
Okay, jokes aside)
Parking NEW heads! models of hard drives occurs automatically.
And even more so, you have a basket: the controller monitors the power supply and informs the disks that the voltage drops and the disks are parked.
Just open the jumper and don't be afraid: everything will work.
