Office365: How do I set up local domain user mailboxes?

Hello.

There is a domain corp.organization_name.ru
Its users have mailboxes on postfix (like [email protected]_name.ru).

It would be desirable to climb on Office 365 (that mail was stored there).
Set up user synchronization with AD (via Azure AD connect). Users are now available in the Office 365 admin area and licenses can be assigned to them. After assigning a license, in the Mail section, the user displays

"This user's local mailbox has not yet been migrated to ‎Exchange Online‎. The mailbox in ‎Exchange Online‎ will be available after the migration is complete."

What is he trying to carry? How to create a mailbox of the form [email protected]_name.ru in Office 365?

In the administration panel of Exchange office 365, you need to migrate.

And in the future, create a box through the admin panel of the local Exchange
