There is an AD + Exchange mail server. Both on different virtual machines, OS WinServ2016.
The employee was fired.
Disabled the account in AD.

But the dismissed employee receives emails on the Outlook mobile app on iPhone.
I try to log in through the WEB interface, under his credentials, does not let me.

What I did: I
changed the account password in AD, but to no avail.
Changed the password via "ecp" on the mail, also to no avail.
The user is still free to receive and respond to messages.

I can’t delete the account, for corporate reasons
