Why is the file not copied by means of GPO?

Unable to copy file from shared folder to PC. Gives an error - 0x80070005. Computers from Win XP to 10, server on 2012 r2.
The policy applies to "Authenticated". GPO: Computer Configuration - Settings - Windows Configuration - Files - Update.

The following rights are given to the shared folder and files:
Everyone - read
Domain computers - read.
Employees - reading
Administrator - complete.
Destination folders have default permissions.
