Office 365 hangs itself and hangs up the PC on win 10. How to fix it?

On a new win 10 professional computer (with a license), they tried to completely remove the pre-installed office 365 and installed office 2016 (with activation for six months).
The office almost immediately began to freeze. When opening office programs, the office 365 activation window constantly pops up (unremovable leftovers from office 365), although the office itself writes that it was activated until December.
As a result, Office freezes 5 times a day. And almost completely hangs up the computer - it's impossible to enter the start menu! Other programs work, but it is impossible to work without office programs, and therefore you have to constantly restart the computer, often forcibly.
Is it possible to do something?
Or is the only way to make the office work is to roll back to an empty computer and buy a license for office 365?
