Offer a worthy prize for the introduction of free products

We want to organize a competition to change the existing IT landscape in Russian companies:

1. You are implementing our free product or another product for at least 20 users in the organization.
2. Or at least just prepare the ground, we implement, and the implementation process ends with success.

What prize will move people to such evangelism? iPad? Automobile?

No reward will help. Because the only reason not to implement is that everything works, and if you redo it, you need to suspend work, and God forbid something goes wrong, and this is very likely, especially considering that the project is free. Further, even if everything goes smoothly, new specialists are needed to work with this software, then - what if you suddenly die and support disappears - what is it, then go back?
You simply cannot physically compensate for all possible problems, and hence the losses that the company will incur when switching to your product.
The best solution would be a partial transition - for example, a kind of experimental department with your product. And if its productivity is higher than that of the departments that did not transfer, then no rewards will be needed, and if it is lower, then this is a hint to you that something needs to be changed.

Technics. Laptops (around x220), phones and more. Or just money.

x220 are Linux? (seemingly a natural system for a free software contest)
