Odesk vs Elance - which is better for simple Android jobs?

In general, I want to try freelancing (well, that is, to take orders on freelance exchanges, before that I only found orders on w3bsit3-dns.com), but I don’t know what to choose. I don’t have much experience in freelancing, I want to start with small orders ($200-300) with a fixed price (I am studying, I will work a maximum of 5 hours a day). I registered on guru.com, but there are few orders there, and basically everyone wants iOS + Android + a bunch of other things. Therefore, I think to go either to odesk or elance. But I can’t, what will be more convenient for my requests? Where is it easier to withdraw money to Ukraine? Where is the easiest place to order? And how to do it at the very beginning? (on the same w3bsit3-dns.com for small orders there is no competition at all - I wrote to the customer - 50+% that the order is yours).

What prevents you from looking for both? at one time I was looking for both, but the orders went to oDesk and, as a result, I chose oDesk, because the accumulated hours and rating appeared. What's stopping you from doing the same?
