Should I switch from web development to android development now?

Now I'm doing web development in java, I have a year and a half experience, I want to try myself in the shoes of an android developer by the end of summer. Since I am a java lover, I will write purely on the standard android sdk. Are android developers who write on the standard sdk in demand in 2015 and is it worth leaving the web for android?

Combine everything. Sessions of client-server applications are in great demand.
