NVMe 265GB or SATA3 512GB?

Good afternoon, I'm considering upgrading a laptop to an ssd, there is a choice to leave a terabyte winch and take a 256 GB SSD M.2 Toshiba OCZ RD400 drive or replace the winch with a 500 GB Samsung 850 EVO SSD, in principle I don’t have a terabyte with extra memory on a working machine it is necessary, but 256 gigs is not enough, and here's the question - NVMe, given its price, is it so much better in windows 7 than sata3 ssd? OCZ has drivers for W7 on TRIM.

@eteh

take a sata and don't worry (unless, of course, it's a pity to get rid of hard).
in normal work, an ordinary person will not profit from nvm / pci disks.
