Black screen after loading windows 10?

When loading windows 10, instead of the login window appearing, the screen turns black. Thus somewhere 1 time from 5 Windows is loaded normally. I tried restoring using windows, as a result, I gave an error in setting up the equipment and returned it back. What to do?

Not enough information. What is a computer? Are there errors in the system log?
Their general considerations, the first thing to do is to check the video card drivers. Judging by the tags, do you have a laptop? Go into the BIOS and disable the use of discrete graphics there. If the problem goes away, then completely demolish the discrete video card drivers, reboot, turning on the discrete graphics back on the way, and install the drivers again, specifying a reset during installation ("clean install" for Nvidia, for AMD - I don't remember). If the problem persists, then boot into the same "1 time out of 5" and follow the same demolition and reinstallation of integrated graphics drivers. Find out by processor which video card you have integrated and download drivers for it separately.

Have you checked the hard drive?

Take a photo and post a photo. It is not entirely clear what kind of stupid black? I have the same problem, but it happens to me occasionally, I haven’t noticed a pattern yet, after waking up from sleep, sometimes an emergency overload does not help until I completely turn it off and wait a minute to turn it on.

In Safe Mode, check the Processes and Services tabs for instances of RunOnce32.exe or RunOnce.exe. If you find them:
On the Processes tab, select the desired item and click the End task button.
On the Services tab, right-click the required item and click Stop
