Notebook lenovo ideapad Y700 how to set up?

This story began in 2017 with the purchase of a lenovo ideapad Y700 15ISK laptop from the computer univers online store, it came with a pre-installed version of win 8.1 home.

Having experienced a free upgrade to win 10, the following difficulties are currently facing me.

I bought ssd m. 2 on transcend 256gb, and a little later ssd radeon r5 512gb, and of course I decided to install fresh Windows 10 pro, since home was not enough for me.

As a result of installing all of the above, my system launched scripts:
1) which completely turned off all the powers of the processor and video card, switched bios to the lowest mode, it was the built-in Intel rts or something like that, which apparently does not want to accept anything except the native hdd.
2) constant reading - writing to disk, in 2 weeks my 256gb ssd survived 4.5Tb of data.

To this I have hibernation files with 30 Gb, the inability to use pci-3.0, the lack of access to many partitions on the disk (even for the hidden admin).

Something is sitting in my system, help me get rid of it, or at least explain what it is and how to live with it.
I read a lot, both from the off site and from third parties, there is enough firewood for two baths, but for the current state of the iron it’s already scary.

Pull out the files, reinstall the system from the official Microsoft website, install all the updates, unsubscribe about the results. Let's see.
