How to run Windows from laptop HDD to PC (perpetual restart at startup)?

A vtnda is installed on the laptop screw, I inserted this hdd into the PC and it comes to the black screen of Windows where the timer is 30 seconds and offers to load in normal mode or restore data.
Any of these points leads to a restart and an eternal such cycle.
I would not want to reinstall Windows on the screw, there are a lot of programs installed there, it will take a lot of time to reinstall.

Insert it back and change the disk driver to the standard one.
On the computer, disconnect all other drives on first startup.

there is still sysprep, but I just don’t remember which parameter simply unties the view from the hardware, and which one also removes users.

That's why I abandoned Windows. They have the most ingenious idea ... Hardware binding.
And if the case is not how to start it normally. Of course, you can run it through the above software, but you can forget about the stability of the system.

Have you disconnected the native disk from the PC?

It will not start if the hardware is different. In your case, you can use acronis true image with universal restore - it is just for these purposes. But you need some kind of intermediate media, make a copy of the system, format the disk, restore it back.
