It is required to run applications on the computer, for example, browsers - opera, chrome, mozilla - each through its own vpn connection. Please tell me how this can be done?
I myself think that since the second version of OpenVPN it supports several simultaneous connections, but how to start these connections? And somehow send the data, most likely through the ssh tunnel, to local ports with the provision as a socks proxy. Apparently, somehow it can be done using Putty and plink.exe? But how?

You cannot force any application to work through a specific vpn tunnel if it does not have the appropriate. functionality.
You can use routing to control traffic to specific nodes. Let's say to vk.com through 1 tunnel, to ya.ru through the second, and so on. But the applications themselves will not take any part in the decision through which tunnel to send traffic, this will be done at the OS level.
