Not picked up by CSS sv-va?

Good evening.
Please - Help.
After using the Ctrl + Q hotkey combination in Brackets, the HTML file stopped "seeing" some of the properties of the CSS file.
But when changing the screen size to width = 567px, all properties are picked up, and all media queries are processed!

When you go back to width = 1280px again, most of the CSS is missing.

if the media query says max-width: 570px all of these styles don't work on screens anymore, post an example css. It's hard to give an answer without seeing the situation.
