Noise and interference in headphones?

Greetings Slavs!
When a sound / song is played, after that / if paused, a background of 10-15 seconds is heard. Also, when changing the volume, a rather noticeable crack is heard. There were these problems on the built-in sound system, I bought a creative sound blaster z, the sound became louder, because of this the problems became more noticeable :). Nothing has changed ... It's definitely not from the video card, because I tested it in a furmark - there was no noise. I sin on bp, grounding or mat board. By the way, the house is old, there is no grounding in sockets.

Try to insert headphones into another computer, if there is no noise, then on the main PC, move the headphones to another jack. If they were in front, then insert them in the back, and vice versa. To check the grounding, try to put your hand or foot to the case during the noise in the headphones, if it passes, then you need to ground the PC or always keep your foot pressed to the case.
