Why did uTorrent stop downloading?

Hello everyone
For some reason I stopped downloading uTorrent. It is written that "downloading", but there is no download indicator itself (where the speed is). I tried to download popular torrents with a bunch of seeds, and the image of Kali Linux does not download. What could be the problem?

I don’t know the reasons, but I also encountered it on the “top ten”, theoretically download the old client and forbid it to update.
I did differently and replaced it with Transmission

Maybe the firewall is blocking the local network? This usually happens when you try to download torrents in a corporate office, where a fairly serious system for accessing some content is set up.

Check port availability. There is a TCPView utility, it shows which software is currently accessing which port, and then listen to these ports, whether they are really open.
If this is a home Internet, then most likely some kind of firewall of the system, antivirus, and if it's a corporate one, then yes, most likely you need to contact local networkers.
