What are the possible PHP modes for Nginx? Except FastCGI. I will be grateful for the answers.

None. PHP in nginx does not work. nginx can proxy to the one who processes php, even to php-fpm/php-fcgi, even to hhvm, even to apache. And in nginx itself there are no modes of operation for php.
