New processor won't start?
Mother H61M-GS
Old percent Celeron G1620
New percent I5 2500
RAM Hynix 1333 4gb
tried different ones with one bar, but obviously working.
I flashed the bios with the old processor, turned it off, reset the bios, installed a new one.
If you do not touch it, then the download reaches the beginning of the Windows download, and it seems to reset. And so endlessly.
If you try to enter the BIOS, then the options are different:
- it just hangs on the screen with an inscription like Press del or f2 for bios
- I get into the BIOS, but after 5-7 seconds it hangs tightly
- I get into "nedobios" (black screen, if you move the cursor then in its place, the blackness disappears and only the background of the bios is visible, no information)
The temperature of the processor is 30 (I managed to check a couple of times). Mosfettes are a little warm.
I insert the old percent - everything is in order. There are no other mothers at 1155 yet, so I can’t check the percentage.
What the?

The question is half the answer
Here's how it will be, so it will be clear whether the percent is alive.
Further research makes no sense.
Isn't the mother supposed to emit a characteristic screech when the mother is incapacitated?
