I spent the Internet to my father, fiber, the speed is prohibitive, but the computer is weak (Pentium 4 2400MHz, 1GB RAM), when working in chrome, the brakes start and the CPU immediately loads 100%, in the processes it is clear that it is chrome.exe that loads . The processor does not heat up, there is no dust, the OS change did not help, I tried other browsers - the same story. What could be the reason?
