New laptop not connecting to wifi router?

I can't connect to my router's wifi connection from a new Acer E5-573G-P71Q laptop.
Here's what's happening, shown in the screenshot below:

Lights up yellow, near the wifi antenna...
And if you distribute wifi from the phone, then the connection is normal.
What to do in this case?

It looks like in the settings of the router you need to tweak the channels or something like that.
