Is it possible to set up IP-telephony based on Asterisk via a GSM modem?
The situation is this. There is a WiFi GSM Router (there is no way to connect a SIP-line TV in how much there is no TV and wired Internet).
Thank you in advance.

Through some models of modems on older versions of Asterisk it is possible, habrahabr.ru/post/160299
It seems that chan_dongle is not going to be built for new versions.
If openwrt can be installed on the router, then it's easy. The USB modem must be unlocked and support voice communication. Asterisk 11 is easily installed on Barrier Breaker even from the standard package manager in luci. there is also a chan_dongle module.
I personally installed the 11th aster on an old dir-320, but first I had to tinker with assembling the firmware in order for the usb-storage support modules to fit in, because. flash only 4 MB. On modern routers with an 8 MB flash drive, everything is much simpler.
