MCN -> Asterisk 13 + FreePBX -> Bitrix24 how to connect (no sound)?
Faced the problem of no sound during a call. Suggested system:
1. call the number 8-800-...
2. connect to the provider, represented by MCN
3. from MCN we get to Asterisk 13 installed locally
4. in Asteriske the trunk for bitrix24 is specified in the incoming routing
5. The call comes in Bitrix24
The problem is that a call comes to Bitrix, but there is no sound (neither the Bitrix voice menu, nor voices from both sides), we tried a lot, and we would be very grateful for help.

We solved the problem by changing the Conectivity -> Inbound Routes -> Set Destination value to Announcements with an empty sound file of minimum length.
At Bitrix today, telephony, they say, has collapsed, perhaps this is the problem.
