Why is a missed call displayed from an external ip and not from an internal one?

On the phone, the missing internal_number @ external ip is also displayed in the inbox. Example [email protected]
Our master has an internal ip 10.xxx.xxx.xxx
Why is this possible? I didn’t change the settings, I didn’t update the system, I don’t know where the flattery is and what to watch.
