Why does the laptop disconnect from the network?

Hello. There is a ZyXEL Keenetic Omni II router. I connect it to the laptop with a LAN cable, the Internet and the internal network (my.keenetic.net) appear for a very short time, then both the Internet and the administrator interface disappear. The same thing happens when connected via wi-fi. Notebook Asus F3S on Windows 7 Home Basic.
All other devices wirelessly connect to the router normally.

Check the network settings on the laptop (you need it to receive details automatically). You may have an IP address conflict.
