Neuro interface in conjunction with arduino-compatible systems. Is it possible?

Good day. Interested in the question of self-assembly of the neural interface or "cooling" ready for the Arduino platform. Who faced similar devices? How is data readout implemented? Is it possible to transfer data to arduino?

Full-fledged "receivers" with access to raw data cost over $2k, it seems unlikely to buy one "to move your ears". Another question is self-made, you can try to do something similar on your own, but this task is not an easy one and there will be no talk of any “neuro”, it will rather be “catch a change in tension in the muscles of the head” and “wiggle your ears” along them.

Yes, it is, the arduino should be able to simply receive data from the neurointerface (NI) and transfer it to the servos. Is that possible?
