"Network initialization failed" error in Parallels Desktopt. What to do?

Generally. I installed Parallel Deskopt on my MacBook and installed Windows 10 there. I got this message right after installation. I googled, read what they write, in fact, on the Parallel Deskopt website, tried to do everything that is written there, but it did not help. Plus, the program itself changes the network settings, or rather, does not allow them to be changed. I choose, say, Wi-FI, but after turning off Windows, it is either disabled or the general network, but there is no difference, there is no Internet anyway.
Ps I apologize for, perhaps, an incomprehensible question, but it is difficult to formulate it and explain what I did, because in the settings, I behaved like a monkey with glasses, just trying to do something. Thanks in advance!

If you have Big Sur and Parallels Desktop version 16+ try the following, it worked for me

sudo nano /Library/Preferences/Parallels/network.desktop.xml

Need to replace 1 or -1 with 0
<UseKextless>0</UseKextless>

I confirm the method works.
Line <UseKextless>0</UseKextless>fifth from the top, I initially had -1
I didn’t change through the terminal, but with the finder I went to /Library/Preferences/Parallels and
found network.desktop.xml
copied it to the desktop and opened and changed the text with an edit, and then replaced the file

Thanks, sure way. After setting UseKextless>0, you need to set en5 in parallels in the network settings and the Internet miraculously appears)

Where is the preservation?
And in general, what kind of MonsterEnshen? Somewhere it should look like this:

public function actionForm()
    {
        $entryForm = new Form();

        if ($entryForm->load(Yii::$app->request->post('form')) && $model->save()) {
            return 'ok';
        } else {
            var_dump($entryForm->errors);
        }
    }
