.NET binary without Framework?
It is necessary to build the entire virtual machine, or only parts of it used by the application in this very application, so that it can work on the final machine without being tied to the framework.
Don't care about weight.
It is desirable that the solutions be free and / or open.
Naturally, I will be glad to a brief description of the proposed options. Pros, cons.
Thanks in advance

Microsoft .NET - no way.
But Mono .NET is possible. The total size is 400 mb, and it's a bunch of junk (different frames, etc.). The frame itself takes 20-50 mb. If you throw away the trash, and make it run as
../mono/mono.bat myprogram.exe,
this will get rid of attachment.
Plus - I think they are clear.
And the minus is the transition to Mono.
What is the purpose of these movements? If you are confused by the fact that during installation it will be necessary to check the version and install the framework - make an auto-installer.
Try the Mono AOT Compiler: www.mono-project.com/Mono%3ARuntime (look for "Ahead-of-time compilation" on the page).
