Is there a replacement for Kaxaml?

Hello. I think everyone who studied WPF came across the Kaxaml program. I think you all, like me, were upset by her performance. I have at least 100% of work with the program, it throws exceptions and closes.
Did you find something to replace? In VS, creating a project is not an option.
PS I need this for learning XAML.
