How to change the relative path for a project in docker?

There is a project on .net
The project has a relative path like "./../../../foo/bar/".
How to run a project in docker and map all the files that are on this path to another folder in Windows (external OS)? For example in E:/foo/bar/
Is this even possible?

Volumes is everything. But relative paths won't work
