In the budget up to 10-12 k / rub. you need to assemble a home server, you can use it
as compact as possible (without fanaticism, it will live on the mezzanine), the
noise does not matter, the main thing is that it would be more or less productive,
hard up to 1 TB 7200 rpm, no less, SSD xs, probably not maybe the server one will be expensive, but I need the reliability of the
RAM 8-16 Gb
Network card 2 pcs, 1 Gb / s each
Processor - AMD or Intel is important here
Appointment of the Ubuntu server, A little Postfix, SSHD, Nginx, PHP - what could withstand (in theory ) at least 200 uniques per second.

Well, the RAM is already 3-7 thousand, terabyte hard is about 3-4, it can no longer fit into the frame.
If used, then, in principle, it is possible, but here the question is about reliability.
You can wedge yourself into the price range by sacrificing performance, but here the question is whether it will take out 200 uniques / sec.
In general, my opinion is that such an amount is not enough, you need to exclude one thing from the parameters of reliable | cheap | productive.
