Need IE on a Mac?
Hello!
There are:
- A working machine under Mac OS X Leopard
- a service with errors in IE
You will most likely have to install a virtual machine to fix problems with IE.
WineBottlerCombo didn't work.
Ready to pay money for quality software.
What do you advise?
Thank you!

VmWare Fusion and Parallels can be considered the highest quality, try them with normal XP ... The speed of work is very good, support is at the level
You don't have to pay money for parallels, because the free virtualbox will quite cope with the launch of IE, and not only. I myself first sat on VBox under Linux, then switched to a poppy. Boxing has all the advanced functions of virtual machines (after all, Oracle continues to invest a lot of money in its development), here is hardware acceleration, support for advanced graphics, multi-core. Updates are released several times a year. In general, I advise!
I have been using VirtualBox for more than a year (before that, from under linux, now I have moved to mac). Under IE (6,7,8) created its own machine.
I had a similar problem, I solved it by installing Parallels (window mode), but this is for graphics and layout. For example, I checked simple compatibility simply by opening a Windows machine under RDP and already running IE there.
I use Parallels and I love it. A good level of integration with the ability to open Win-windows on the Mac desktop. I use Visual Studio, mainly for testing software - it works pretty fast.
The ability to create snapshots of the system and quickly switch between them is convenient. One system for development, the other for testing. In the case of IE, you can build one for each version of IE and look at each one in sequence.
