How can I quickly merge excel files from one folder into one file (or open one spreadsheet in a video)?
In the windows version, this was done in a couple of clicks, but there is no such thing here))

PS. The values ​​of the columns in the tables are the same, but with different content, all this is needed in a heap for further processing.

Personally, I do it with the PLEX add-on. There are convenient tools for combining several books into one, and for combining several sheets into one (not to mention a whole bunch of other handy tools).
