Need help setting up gulp + webpack + babel + browsersync + react?

I'm trying to set up a workstation ( https://github.com/OlifemB/needHelp ), but everything goes through tartar. React (app.js) and livereload with webpack not working. Please help me make the right settings.

Why not use create-react-app?
This tool is specially made to make it easy to deploy a react environment, the environment provides everything you need to start quickly working on a React application:
