Recommend an engine/platform/tool
​​Task: An “entity” will be created, and it will have a lot of “fields” – there will be many entities themselves. All this will be displayed in a table format.

1. Need the ability to edit "fields" from the front
   
2. Fields. Need a different format: input, checkbox
   
3. Rights. We need the ability to create different groups, and for each group to give permission to view certain "fields", as well as the ability / prohibition to edit these fields.
   

It will be similar to Google.Tables, but with more advanced rights (viewing fields, editing them - for different groups). Google.Tables are not suitable. resulting in a very bulky structure.
If later on this page I can let the user customize it for themselves, it would be a big plus. For example, he logs in to the site - he has a lot of entities, he hides (spoiler) unnecessary ones and the site remembers this.

You need a programmer, not an engine. From such a seemingly primitive task, you can inflate an elephant.

There are engines for collective blogs like livestreet, you can try to adapt, but you can write from scratch in php in a day, not a problem at all.
