Need a sandbox to safely run potentially dangerous programs!
Recommend something that works! Except VMWare, Virtual Box, and sandboxie. Thank you!
We need the most lightweight (not resource-demanding) program!

Virtual machine, any.
For example Hyper-V, XEN.

Win8.1 has built-in Hyper-V. Install it and management utilities (Hyper-V manager), create a virtual machine there with any OS inside and run programs in it. You can transfer files between a computer and a virtual machine via RDP, with a simple Ctrl-C / Ctrl-V.
