XP embedded - system starts immediately after hibernate

I have a question about the hibernate function in windows XP Embedded. As soon as I put on hibernate, the machine normally hibernates and immediately turns on. I climbed all the forums where it is described what needs to be done in the BIOS, but nothing helped. Does anyone know what could be the reason? maybe I'm doing something wrong? thanks in advance

Have you tried preventing the hardware from waking the computer one by one?
