Git on Mac OS finds non-existent changes in files created on Windows - how to win?

I worked on the GitHub repository mainly on Windows via TortoiseGit
Now I have the opportunity to try Mac OS.
I updated several files not in the working copy, immediately replaced the folder in the working copy on Mac, started fixing, and GitHub Desktop shows that I changed all the files from the folder in general, offering to update them - when viewing the changes, GitHub Desktop simply offers to replace the same content files.
