Where is notepad code stored in Windows 10?

Where is all the notepad code stored? Or at least what language is it written in?
It's just that if I right-click on the notepad shortcut > file location, then only the exe file is displayed, not the code (I meant there folders such as dist or src). When this exe file is opened in editors, the contents of the file are displayed in hexadecimal notation:

So how can I get this code?

Windows 10 is proprietary, the sources are closed and only Microsoft has it.
