Need a color HD video camera with a wide angle lens
For stationary video filming indoors, you need a camera with an HD color matrix and a lens with a focal length of less than 20mm (viewing angle of more than 70°).
From the functionality, by and large, only the ability to shoot video and output it as a composite signal is required.
Research:
Most HD cameras are designed for "home use" and have lenses from 37mm.
In the CCTV category, all cameras are low resolution and/or black and white.
No HD network cameras found in category.
Professional cameras, taking into account the necessary functionality, are unreasonably expensive.

And put two cameras and "glue" a panoramic image? With special dexterity, you can get 3D. :)
And is it necessary to have one image?
Canon HV20 spec:
Focal Length f=6.1-61mm
I'm not suggesting it as a solution, just as a way to look for prosumer cameras.
Why not a solution? This is a DV camera, i.e. shoots on mini-DV cassettes (I have not tried to take an image from it without a cassette), a rather old model (it has been living with me for 3.5 years, I think), etc.
