Need a budget watch for sports?

Good afternoon.
I go in for sports (jogging in the morning). And I want to start tracking my results and setting goals.
I am looking for an inexpensive watch with a pedometer and preferably a heart rate monitor. I need good integration with a mobile application (ios) or a desktop version for Linux.
